The glass lid has a silicone rim that prevents rattling and an integrated draining hole that both allows you to strain your ingredients when they’re done and doubles as a steam vent so there won’t be any spillover. The glass lid is provided with a stay-cool soft-touch handle to make sure you don’t burn your hand while you take off the lid.
