  • One of my non-compromises was creating an open-concept kitchen, which enhances the sense of spaciousness. The open layout not only makes the kitchen feel larger, but also fosters a seamless connection with family and guests while cooking, making it ideal for both our everyday meals and larger gatherings. We maintained a color palette consistent with the rest of the home, using soft cream tones. This consistent color scheme enhances the tranquility of the space and also seamlessly blends with the overall aesthetic of our home.
  • We included a dry kitchen area that not only provides extra counter space for any additional appliances, but also serves as a bar for preparing our favourite cocktails for our friends! To introduce a bit of contrast and warmth, we selected furniture with dark wood accents. We feel that the combination of soft cream and dark wood adds depth and character to the kitchen.
  • We chose sintered stone for our countertops due to its durability, which can withstand the demands of our frequent cooking and meal prepping. A dishwasher was also a non-compromise for us, as we love hosting and it has saved countless hours of washing dishes!
  • Whether we're making a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner for loved ones, this kitchen has truly become the heart of our home. Its open design keeps us connected with family and friends, making it a central space for both daily meals and special gatherings. We hope you’ve enjoyed our little kitchen tour.
