  • Welcome to TT Residence! TT because our surnames are Tan and Teo, and we have been living in our home for the past 9 months. We were very fortunate to have score this 93sqm, 4rm flat during our SBF balloting! We began our search for our ID back in 2020. Our theme was neither minimalist nor industrial (that was the trend back then), instead we just wanted to come home to a warm and cosy place after a long day of hard work. Curves are a big part of our interior design. We purposely ensure that the carpentry around the bombshelter, the kitchen bar top and also our dry pantry area had rounded edges, to match our curved wall that we have. Our BTO came with an open concept kitchen and unfortunately without any service yard. We didn't want to make the kitchen area space even smaller, so we opted to not have any segregation between wet and dry kitchen.
  • One of our criteria was to have a bigger living area, because we like to host our family and friends, but also have a display shelving so that the Mr. is able to display his toys and merchandises. Back then, lots of idea to open up the space was to hack down the 3bedroom wall and install folding glass doors. Our ID was the one who proposed building a curved wall instead, and we absolutely fell in love with the idea! And having a curved wall was something uncommon back in 2020 :)
  • When we first moved in, we didn't have a sofa or a TV console as we wanted our guests to hang around without any distractions. We were satisfied with the large amount of space available - even able to put a 2.2m long table in our living area! Of course, we are mahjong lovers, so we definitely need an empty space to play mahjong too! The largest family gathering we had was hosting about 20 people in the living area, and that we are proud of :)
  • The wood theme continues into our bathroom. Introducing our commom bathroom. We wanted the bathrooms to have a soothing environment to relax in - much like a resort feel to shower in. We overlayed our toilet tiles with wood and grey textured tiles from harfary and bought our other toilet accessories from Shopee.
  • Browsing through Pinterest and other international home instagram pages, the Mrs., knew that she wanted a walk-in wardrobe. WE MADE IT HAPPEN with ample space to even put a queen size bed and 2 small side tables in the Master Bedroom! We love the reeded glass door that enclose our wardrobe and how we have a mini vanity area im our walkin wardobe too!
