  • Where it all starts. Black, white, grey and a touch of gold. That’s our colour palette. Shoe storage works fine for us to sit and put on our shoes before leaving the house. The mirror is for last minute checks to ensure we look good before stepping out.
  • We weren’t sure what to place here as it was very bare. Since our 10-year-old son is currently learning piano, we thought, why not get a digital piano and place it here. Ever since then, it became a nook for him to unwind and play some nice tunes.
  • Welcome to our kitchen. We maintain the colour pallet and used sintered stone for all the countertops including the backsplash. No regrets. Affordable and durable, plus, we managed to have a kitchen island too!
  • Loving the sintered stone. We created a waterfall effect for the edge of the kitchen cabinet and island. Still work in progress for some fine-tuning here. Slowly but surely.
  • A must have for us. The fluted fireclay farmhouse sink to create contrast in the kitchen, accompanied by the golden tap.
  • We chose shelves and a lazy-susan for our laundry stuffs. Practical and easy to retrieve. We also kept our washing machine the same dark tone with the cabinets.
  • Close-up shot of our laundry corner. We got inspired by some Tik-Tok accounts and decided to go for these transparent jars for our detergents and other laundry stuffs.
  • We got our dining table customised as we just love it, especially the beauty of the wood’s grain. A place for us to have our meals together as well as bonding through board and card games.
  • A corner for family and friends to catch-up and play board and card games together. The bookcase is where we store all the board and card games along with other random stuffs. It’s just an organised mess, but we love it!
  • Where the heart of the home is – the living room. Really love the sofa and definitely no regrets purchasing it. A classic and the main highlight of the living room.
  • We were not sure what to fill this corner with initially. We ended up creating a reading corner with bookcases, armchair, floor lamp, side table and most importantly accessorise them up after that.
  • A room that we created different from the rest of our house. This is where we unwind after a long day. Calm, relax with a neutral colour palette.
  • Black, white and sage.
  • We chose a barn door for our common toilet on level 2. We kept it simple with the door in white and the hardware in black. Added a pop of green with the artificial plant to liven up the space.
  • Finally, our floor plan.
