Welcome in to our master bedroom, where we unwind and relax after long, hard days. 
Upon entering the master bedroom, you'll first see a small sit down vanity in front of the small window, covered with Venetian blinds. We also have a minimalistic white ladder where we usually hang bags and dirty-but-not-dirty-enough-to-wash clothes, keeping the room neat and tidy. The vanity is connected to a L-shape wardrobe, which fully maximises space and has plenty of storage for the both of us. We opted for simple handles to further elevate the look but still keeping it clean and minimalistic. 
Our king-sized bed sits against an asymmetrical feature wall and hanging bedside pendant lamps. Really love how this area turned out as the textures of the laminates goes really well together, and the slim lamp with a unique design makes the space look more interesting. We might still lookout for a wall art to put above the bed before the area is complete. Here is how the bedside pendant lamp looks when it is switched on. It has a honeycomb net design, which also helps to filter some glare from the light. For our bedside tables, we paired it with this elegant-looking table with a dark-wood finish to further elevate the bedroom decor. 
For our bed frame, we went without headboard since there is already a lot going on on the walls, and with extra storage space underneath. We also opted for matching grey blackout curtains, that are super helpful for when you want to sleep in. On the right of the bedroom is our master bath entrance which we will take you through in another post. :D Here, you can see the additional window suggested by our ID to bring more light to the master bath and bedroom entrance. Since we were already hacking down the wall to change up the original HDB sliding doors, we thought this window with blinds was quite a nice idea that gives off hotel vibes.
