  • Our vision for the master bedroom was clear: to keep the sleeping area purely functional, dedicated to rest and relaxation. We prioritized simplicity—a comfortable bed and a wardrobe for our clothes. We intentionally chose to leave out any distractions like a TV.
  • The room began as a clean, blank slate with simple white walls and vinyl flooring, part of the OCS scheme we opted for. The minimalist space, bathed in natural light from a large window, offered plenty of potential.
  • We deliberately selected this bed for its wooden headboard, which complements the flooring and aligns with the overall aesthetic of the room. The earthy-toned bedding was a thoughtful gift, adding both texture and a pop of colour that blends seamlessly with our home's colour palette, bringing together the warm, cohesive vibe we envisioned.
  • We wanted our bedroom to feel like a cozy space to unwind, so we added this pendant light above the bedside table. The soft, warm glow creates a relaxing atmosphere - it adds just the right touch of calm to help us settle in for the night.
  • We opted for track lighting above the wardrobe to avoid using large overhead lights that might disrupt the cozy atmosphere. The built-in wardrobe, painted in a muted grey, provides ample storage while keeping the space feeling open. We chose a straight design instead of an L-shape to prevent the room from feeling cramped. This has easily become our favourite room in the house, and we wouldn’t change a thing about how it came together.
