Our cosy area is our living room! This is where we spend most of our time when we are at home. Since we moved in, we have 'zhng-ed' the place up a bit. 
We added the popular Kaiteki floor recliner from Nine.N to provide extra seating options for our guests when we host large groups. Honestly, we do sit on it even on normal days because it is super comfortable (it comes with a matching cushion too!). We also switched our large hanging frames behind the sofa to square frames that we got from IKEA to display our favourite photos. We found that personal photos made the place more homely. Another corner of our living room, this is a literal cosy corner, with our beanbag chair that is a fan-favourite whenever we have people over. We also have a faux plant in the corner to provide a pop of colour in our living room.
