From bare to bliss: Before and after renovation of our 4-room BTO flat

We didn’t opt in for HDB’s Optional Component Scheme (OCS) as we knew we wanted to be able to fully customise our home! However, here are the items that were included by default and we chose to replace: toilet bowls, bathroom sinks, bathroom tiles (overlaid as hacking would void our warranty) and laundry rack Here’s a comparison of our flat before and after renovation! 6 months in and we’re still loving every corner of our first home! And here’s our favourite place to relax and unwind. Why watch tv when we can watch the leaves sway with the wind? We’ve also spotted a couple of uncommon animals hanging out on the big tree outside!
