Hello, we’re KH & MS from @hwashan_, and we’re really happy you’re here with us today. 😊 Our common area is where we spend the most time, and we wanted it to be cozy but practical. We decided to split the space into the dining area, lounge, and TV room. It took some planning to keep the vibe open yet segmented, but we’re really happy with how it turned out. Here’s a little throwback to the 'before'—the seller’s living room. It was an open, functional space, but we wanted something a bit more defined without losing that open flow. Then came the design phase. The 3D renders from our ID helped us see how we could divide the space in a way that felt seamless. It gave us a clearer picture of how to bring our vision to life! Now, here’s a peek at our cozy corner and dining area. We’re really loving how everything flows now. The cozy corner is perfect for winding down after a long day. It feels just right for both everyday life and hosting guests. :) The dining table has also became the heart of the home—it’s where we eat, have coffee, and hang out with friends and family.
