Hey there! Saying a big hello from Partner Interior. Long story short, we love creating spaces to hold memories in. To us, a house is more than just a theme. It’s a space with your personalities splashed on the walls, a place where friends wouldn’t want to leave, a home you can’t wait to go back to everyday. We’re so excited to share more stories of the homes we’ve had the pleasure of creating together with our homeowners 🙏🏼
Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO We love making a statement the minute you step into a home. And of course, there’s no better way to kickoff your house tour with a space inspired by a fond memory. Here’s the story for our project at Kallang Breeze (4rm BTO). The entryway is inspired by a Bali villa the homeowners stayed at while on their babymoon. We recreated that fond memory and space with Birch laminate cladding the walls of the entryway, dark stone looking tiles and a fluted panel door at the end of the walkway to allow soft light to filter in.
Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO As you turn the corner at the of the entryway, you’ll be greeted by a floor to ceiling tea coloured mirror. Just the perfect feature to visually expand the space and have your fit checks covered before leaving the home ✌🏼
Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO Placing the living room in the dining/kitchen area…well why not? We wanted to create a cozier spot for the living area with easy access to drinks and snacks at the dry pantry while our homeowners Netflix and chilled. The same Birch laminate from the entryway was used for the pantry carpentry as a visual continuation, subtle tying the different spaces together.
Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO Pulling out to a wide shot of the living area, this layout design offers the homeowners more privacy as they rest and relax away from the main living room windows. Additional cove lighting and LED light at the pantry help to create an all round cozy vibe too. Fun fact, the homeowners also installed smart lights to change up the colors according to the mood and vibe when they host their family and friends. Swipe to the next image for lighting change.
