  • What makes a room feel like home? It’s not just the furniture or the wall color—it’s the light! It's so amazing how lighting sets the mood of each area in our home. White light can feel too clinical, like a hospital. But warm light? It makes your home cozy and welcoming.
  • Living Space: Here in the living room, we’ve chosen track lights to provide even, adjustable lighting. The lights come in daylight / warm white or cool white, allowing us to adjust according to the atmosphere we want to create. We find ourselves switching the warm white most often!
  • We’ve paired this with mood lighting to create a warm, inviting atmosphere—perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. Not forgetting the candle warmer that gives off that glooooow~
  • Kitchen: The kitchen also features track lights for bright, focused illumination. In this area where we prep and cook food, it's important to have direct, bright and focused light.
  • We’ve added mood lighting here too, softening the space and making it cozy, when we’re not busy preparing meals.
  • Bedroom: In the bedroom, comfort is key. We use hanging mood lights for a soft, warm glow and cove lighting to add gentle, indirect light. This creates a peaceful retreat as we wind down for the night.
  • We've chosen this travertine material. Love the classic marble design.
  • Bathroom: The bathroom has a hanging light that adds a hotel-like ambiance.
  • The mirror light at the vanity table (outside our bathroom) is another favorite, providing both functionality and a touch of elegance. Mixing different types of lighting—like track lights with mood lighting—creates a layered, welcoming atmosphere. A well-lit room isn’t just bright; it’s a space where you can truly relax and feel at home.
