Living Room - Now you see it, now you don't! Space-saving sofa!!

Hi!! Welcome back to our home :) We're exploring our living room this week. This is yet another spot in the house with no carpentry at all. The previous owners had black frosted glass for more privacy but we opted to change that out to have clear glass. This allows for more natural light to come through our windows so that we can have a bright living and dining area. It does not bother us very much if our neighbours walk by and we also do not have many people passing through our unit. On days that we do not wish for anyone to see us, we would just close the blinds for privacy. We initially wanted to have an L-shaped sofa so that we could lie down and watch TV, but after discussing with our IDs, we realised that our living room does not have a lot of space in between the TV and the sofa. It took us quite a while to find this sofa because we were looking for sofa options that could be customised to our needs at that point. This is with the sofa being all tucked in. And watch it transform in the next picture! TADA!! This is with it being opened up! The headrests can be propped up so that our heads can be supported. And the sofa can be extended so that we can have our legs up while we watch movies. It is actually comfortable and we have both fallen asleep horizontally on the sofa before (oops). This sofa gives us the flexibility of extending the sofa when needed but also being able to keep it so that we can have more walking space. The great thing is that each of the 3 sections can be extended on its own, without interfering the other 2 sections. So this gives us the choice of extending just 1, 2 or all 3 sections of the sofa! 
The TV console from HipVan is our latest addition to our home!! We have been searching for one that we really liked for the longest time. And this was the perfect shade that we wanted in a dark walnut brown, and still came with storage options for us. Our wifi router and gaming items were previously left on the floor for weeks. Everything now has a proper place to be in or on. Our mahjong sets, board games and cards now have a proper home inside the TV console. And our Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck are left on the TV console. We use them to play games with our friends when they come over. Our current top pick is Overcooked! Let us know what's yours!
