  • A peek into our very minimalist laundry room; this small room also known as service yard was bare before the renovation. A tall cabinet to store our cleaning products and tools as well as a ledge to place our laundry detergents are essentials.
  • Cabinet door closed look :D
  • Top : to store cleaning cloth, extra sponges, cleaning brushes Middle : to store cleaning agents / sprays and iron Bottom : Buckets, Mop
  • Electrical sockets are also one of the most important part when planning a built in. I requested 2 sockets for every electrical point. In this service yard, I use this for charging my vacuum and for ironing. We also installed automated drying rack (white switch) from Steigen. It does help alot when you don't have sunlight in your service yard area. :)
  • Keeping it neat and tidy is the key. I use the small baskets to store clothes pegs and laundry bags.
