Hi everyone! I'm Javihn, ID @ The Local Innterior. this a 5rm BTO project I did for a young couple. I'll jump straight to some tips for anyone trying to achieve this look! 
Feature wall Debunked : you really only need one. ( and spend your budget one). Not too long not too short. but enough to be a statement piece. I especially tuned to feature wall that also serve as storage space. I also like placing feature wall in the living where it sets the mood. Limewash wall - its 100 worth it. but it cost alittle. So a simpler alternative is to use light / neutral paint colors to mimic the mood that limewash offers. 
You cant really see it in the shot. But a quick peek at this floorplan, you can see how the small green shaded partition wall not only conceal the side profile of my full height shoe cabinet but also created depth for my dome feature. 
Similar shot w Ambience. LEDs are a VERY cost efficient approach for ambience. Worth 100. My secondary use of LEDs is to accentuate the displays / decorative items. The lighting style i used for this home are what IDs call " Milo Can " Lights. Its an alternative approach to false ceiling lights. 
Here's another shot of the kitchen. Flute : dont over do it. Just some gentle details here and there will do! I included this flute element into only in these two kitchen bottom cabinets / island. Table Top : My top 3 picks for table tops are Quartz , Sintered Top and Kompactplus! ( they are have a good balance of overall easy maintenance vs durability vs cost vs design ) For this project, we dabbled with sintered top to get a exquisite marble look without bursting the bank. Its okay to get simple lights locally but for pendant or wall lights , pleassee get yours from Taobao. so much more unique. If dont know how to Taobao, confirm got friend who is a taobao addict. 
Close up shot Shaker profile cabinets speaks for itself. Contrary to common practice - you don't necessarily have to install knobs and handles on shaker styled cabinet. Do whats you! Pls pls pls install LEDs below your top cabinet. It doesn't eat much electricity yet it suffice to use your kitchen at night without turning on the bright lights! 100 mood setting. 
I didnt get to capture a large landscape shot for this bath. Check out my IG @ Javihn.inn for the full portrait image Back to it - let me break down the details to get this look 1. Subway tiles ( especially the Matt ones ). Homeowners planning to DIY - my go-to Tile shop is Hafary. 2. Gold Stainless steel trimming in the wall. ( Hafary's too ! ) 3. Shaker profile carpentry cabinets finishing off with gold fitting everywhere. notice the consistency of gold fittings and colors throughout the house ? 
If you really want to Lux up your baths - try these 3 things 1. 1200x600mm sized tiles ( in the ID world , its called large format tiles. They are alittle pricier. But lesser grout lines = makes the bath look more spacious 2. Gold fittings ! 3. Downlights - great hotel-ish vibes 
Gentle Woods x Off white Wardrobe x Oak vinyl floor. If you're into curves and domes. Do it but sparingly. Not because they cost alittle more but because too much of it just make it less special. Dome dresser finishing off with some minimalistic wood detailing and gold fittings. LEDs not just serve your dresser table needs. but a really nice ambience if you need it to double up as a night light or hot desk. You cant really see it in the shot. But when choosing paints - take some time to choose the right off white paint. I went with Nippon 1199 Sail White Vinilex.
