  • Hello everyone! Welcome to the area where we spend most of our time chilling at, our living room! One of the best decision we made was to change the orientation of the sofa and tv. Instead of the usual living room layout, we decided to place the sofa next to the window. We got our sofa from Castlery and it was a love at first sight! We love how huge and comfy the sofa is, sometimes we even struggle to get up after lying there! Accompanying us on the sofa are our friends, Mr Ele and Mr Baymax. Mr Ele was a gift from my husband during the proposal so it’s very special to me!
  • If you didn’t understand what I meant, here’s a visual for you! We got inspired by one of the home owners and thought that this layout was unique yet functional! It makes the house look more spacious. The only downside would probably be the glares from the sun while watching TV in the daytime. But we are fine with that!
  • I’m in love with our white day curtains from Z Blinds & Curtains! It’s super pretty and adds a soft touch to the home.
  • This is how our TV set up looks like! The ID actually created a fake wall next to the bomb shelter so that they could mount the TV on the wall. My husband really wanted this LG OLED B3 TV so we got it! No regrets because it’s huge and quality is sharp! Initially, we didn’t have a TV console as we wanted to find one that we really loved. Eventually, we opted for Ikea’s white Besta TV bench. Love how simple yet functional it was. It has soft closing too which is great! We also caved in and bought the SONOS beam. A worthy buy as it adds to the aesthetes and has good sound system.
  • We got this coffee table during Island Living sale and it was such a great steal! I really love is so much as it blends in with the house theme. This is also where we have most of our meals, netflix and chill!
  • As mentioned in the earlier posts, we hacked down the study room to create a larger living space. We now use the space for our OOTD corner and also to display some of our fav photos and plants! We don’t have green fingers so we opted for fake plants instead. Really love how cosy this space is :)
  • Look at the sun rays shining through! We usually get the morning and evening sun shining through and I love the warm hues so much!
  • We really love our living room and hope you are inspired to make your dream living room too!
