  • Hey guys! We’re back with a continuation of our Kallang Breeze home feature ✌🏼 This week, the spotlight is on the kitchen - specifically one that has been split into a dry pantry and wet kitchen area. The dry pantry sits within the living area and doubles up as a visual feature with a sintered stone countertop and backsplash paired with a birch laminate. We also understand the pains of not having enough storage, whether you’re a household of 2 or with additional little ones or fur babies. Top and bottom cabinetry provide ample storage for our homeowners, leaving the countertop clutter free.
  • Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO The dry pantry and wet kitchen are separated by a fluted glass slide & swing door, allowing the wet kitchen area to be closed off when the homeowners are whipping up a gastronomical storm. A lighter wood laminate is used for the carpentry to make the area feel visually brighter and bigger. The terrazzo inspired quartz countertop and backsplash also holds a deeper meaning for our homeowner as the pattern takes him back to his childhood growing up in his grandmother’s house.
  • Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO We love the idea of how an induction hob can serve up more prep space when not in used. Plus not forgetting the joy of simply wiping down a flat surface after cooking. The homeowners also opted for a top hung microwave to free up more countertop space for other appliances.
  • Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO The original service yard walls were brought down to fit a galley kitchen. Full height carpentry on the left side houses all the cleaning supplies with a stacked washer and dryer combo for optimal usage of vertical space.
  • Kallang Breeze, 4rm BTO Don’t mind us just throwing in another cat picture 😂 We can’t get over how comfortable it looks up on the ledge. Looking forward to showing you guys the rest of the house! 🙌🏼
