Firm and comfortable. Well built.

We were happy with the purchase one the first day itself. We did feel that the color of the real product was on lighter side compared to photos on the app. But we thought its just difference between real life product vs processed photos. Few days later we received the sample swatches for same color. That did show quite a bit of difference in color. So i just sent an email to hipvan telling them this situation. Honestly I hadn't expected them to do anything about it because it seemed like a minor issue. But they responded and we had a very candid email conversation. Eventually they gave us an option to switch it with another color - which we did. We went for the blue one instead. Great customer service - very few companies out there giving this level of service.
