We always recommend performing a patch test, especially if you are Clary Sage oil for the first time on your skin
If used in conjunction with alcohol or narcotics, one may sense an increase in the intoxicating effects and it may cause insomnia or vivid dreams
For some people, upon topical application, Clary Sage may pose a moderate risk of skin sensitisation
