- Unpack and clean the pan before first use. Heat cookware with a suitable amount of oil, starting with low to medium heat.
- After cooking, let your stainless steel cookware cool down first before exposure to cold water. This will protect your cookware from warping and cracking.
- If you observe any white spots on your cookware, treat it by using stainless steel cleaning solution, or by boiling a solution of three parts water to one part vinegar, letting it cool, and then cleaning it as you normally would.
