Unpack and clean the pan before first use. Heat cookware with a suitable amount of oil, starting with low to medium heat.
After cooking, let your stainless steel cookware cool down first before exposure to cold water. This will protect your cookware from warping and cracking.
If you observe any white spots on your cookware, treat it by using stainless steel cleaning solution, or by boiling a solution of three parts water to one part vinegar, letting it cool, and then cleaning it as you normally would.
