1. Due to the characteristics of the ceramic materials, may cause slight cracks if impacted. Putting those impacted dishes into the microwave may cause them to explode as the weakness in the crack will not be able to withstand the heat generated inside the microwave.
2. Avoid prolonged heating of the dish in a microwave or oven, or heating an empty dish.
3. Allow dishes to cool completely before immersing in water. Drastic changes in temperature will damage the dishes.
4. Avoid prolonging soaking the Wooden Cover in water, and avoid using harsh abrasive brushes while cleaning, which may cause the waterproof coating of the Wooden Cover to wear off. a) Avoid putting food with sauce or soup onto the Wooden Cover b) Avoid putting the Wooden Cover into the dishwasher/ dish dryer
