Modori cutting boards are made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), which is highly elastic, able to reduce knife marks and reduce the chance of bacterial growth and can be sterilized in boiling water. These cutting boards are neutral in colour and have a minimalist design. They are highly flexible, which makes it easy to pour out the cut food. Increases surface friction to prevent overflow and spills during food preparation. It's non-toxic and has a breathable construction - making drainage easier! And, you can safely use it even for baby food. It is easy to store and extremely convenient.

- Care• Suggest using a regular cooking knife or cooking utensils, using a sharp multi-purpose kitchen knife may leave a cutting mark behind.
• When putting in the dishwasher, avoid using at a temperature over 80°C during the wash or sanitize.
• Used cutting board may easily be sanitized by gently rinse with hot water after the washing. (Suggest sanitizing within 10 seconds)
• If you wish to disinfect by using a microwave or steam, please lay the cutting board flat and not to exceed 10 seconds during the process.
• For darker colour food ingredients that may stain the cutting board, suggest to rinse wash immediately after use. May use a dark colour cutting board for darker colour food ingredients.• Assembly not applicable
