• Wash with lukewarm water and neutral detergent before the first-time use
• Using safe utensils (wooden/heat resistant plastic and silicone shovel, chopsticks, spatulas, spoon, etc) will extend the life of your pot as well protects the coating
• Wash the pot every time after use, and please wait until the pot is completely dry before nesting the pot.
• Avoid preheat an empty pot, which will shorten the life of your pot
• Use a plastic scrub, soft sponge, or dishcloth to wash the pot. Never use rough or metal scrubbers, which could damage the coating and shorten the life of the pot
• Suggest using low or medium heat since pot itself possess high thermal conductivity
• The dirty or unstable heating device may be easier to stain or burn the white pot
• Please clean the bottom of the pot before cooking as the contaminants attached may stain the pot
