Step 1: Wear it
Position air hose of the cuff in the direction of the finger tips, then place the cuff on your left arm.
Step 2: Position it
Wrap the cuff around your arm approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow.
Step 3: Fasten it
Press the cuff to make sure that it is attached securely on your arm.
Step 4: One-touch button to measure
A single press of the 'On/Off' button measures your blood pressure, pulse rate and detects irregular heartbeat.
