Temporarily power the door and gate lock from outside the house with a power bank or phone via the Type-C port when the battery runs flat.*

• Emergency Unlock:
In case of a lock malfunction or low battery, you can safely exit from inside the house using the door lock’s indoor manual lever and the gate lock’s back key. Both locks also have front physical keys for backup access, allowing you to unlock from outside the house if needed.

The lock will promptly notify you when the battery is running low, giving you enough time to replace or recharge it and avoid being locked out.

• Local User Management:
