• Creases may appear after unpacking due to rolled packaging and will naturally flatten within approximately 1–2 weeks.
• PVC material may expand or contract depending on temperature. It is recommended to leave the mat at room temperature for 1–2 days before use.
• A temporary PVC odour may be present upon opening and should dissipate naturally within 1–2 weeks.
• Do not install on wet floors, as trapped moisture may cause floor discolouration.
• For newly installed flooring or PVC flooring, ensure any residual chemicals have fully evaporated before placing the mat to prevent floor discolouration.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the mat for extended periods.
• Keep sharp objects and heat sources away from the mat to prevent damage.
• Solvents and strong cleaners (such as acetone, thinner, or concentrated detergents) may damage the surface.
• Ink, markers, crayons, and other staining substances may not be completely removable.
• Dark-coloured foods and liquids (such as kimchi, curry, soy sauce, wine, or fruit juice) may cause staining if left on the mat.
• Do not place hot appliances or heated objects directly on the mat, as this may cause deformation or odour.
