The Smeg HMF01 Electric Hand Mixer is comfortable and easy to use while achieving powerful results. Select up to nine-speed levels for mixing, whipping, and kneading, with a Turbo function available for heavier mixtures where extra power is needed. With the smooth start function, there’s no worry of ingredients escaping from the bowl.

To provide maximum flexibility, the HMF01 Hand Mixer is equipped with three different types of whisk. There are Two Wire Whisks: for more airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces, or egg whites; Two Optimus Whisks: ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases; Two Dough Hooks for leavened products such as pizza or bread.

The backlit LED display on the control panel indicates speed and time of use, with a perfectly user-friendly interface that disappears when the product is turned off. Other features include a rapid-release trigger for simple removal of the accessories, along with a self-balancing design with non-slip feet to let you rest the mixer.
