• Lightly vacuum regularly to fluff the fiber of the rug
• Dab with damp cloth on the stain and blot, do not rub
• Colors may fade slightly when placed in areas of direct sunlight. In this case, it is advisable to periodically rotate your rug to ensure this process is even.
• For initial weeks, shedding and sprouting of material fiber may be observed. This is normal, and will reduce with time & usage.
• A natural scent of Jute may be felt in a new rug which is non hazardous.
• Light Vacuum clean regularly. Avoid using beater brush on rugs.
• Please do not pull loose ends, trim with scissors.
• Please do not soak the rug in any liquid.
• Please keep away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, open fire places and excess moisture.
• Remove spills immediately. Blot any liquid with a clean un-dyed cloth or a paper napkin.
• Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening of the pile.
