Came as expected on day of delivery, box was a little banged up because it was simply wrapped in a polymailer. No biggie though. Machine worked fine and was easy to operate. Still MIC for the price but would rather a safer alternative. Overall okay. Very convenient, I no longer need to have an electric kettle and thermal flask out on my counter. Saves space.
