Here’s what you should know about our delivery policy.
Delivery
The length of delivery will depend on the item you order with the longest estimated arrival time. In some cases, our team may have to ship your items separately because of the nature of the products. However, from this, you will not incur any additional delivery charges.
For orders that contain at least one furniture item, the delivery fee is a flat rate of $25, while orders without any furniture items will have a flat fee of $2.99. If your order reaches $300 and above, then you are eligible for our free shipping service.
Cancellation Policy
If you’ve changed your mind, you can cancel your order at no extra cost and receive a full refund for the item(s) you wish to cancel. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original transaction. However, please be aware that once you've received an email confirming the delivery of your order, the delivery costs become non-refundable. Additionally, there is a restocking fee of 18% of the item's price. Therefore, the refunded amount will be calculated as follows:
Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee - Restocking Fee (18% of Final Paid Price)
This policy is in place because, at the point of order delivery confirmation, the item is already in transit on our delivery truck, and we have already incurred costs in preparing and scheduling the delivery.
Additionally, please know that our cancellation policy does not apply to made-to-order items, as they cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase.
Refund Policy
Know that we provide a 100-day return policy for our digital locks. Our returnable conditions include:
- It must be in new condition and unused.
- The door lock must be in its original packaging.
- The item is not marked “As-Is,” or “Final Sale,” which may be indicated in the product page.
