      fantastic service by hipvan customer service. My bed has a cosmetic flaw and they do a replacement. The replacement part has further problems and they do an immediate replacement. I am very satisfied with hipvan service. In total they came to my house two times to rectify the problem.

      The quality is not bad considering its price. Just a few bad points are that some of the joints are not really even, the wood might have a few chips and the bed legs are not of the same length, thus making the bed frame a little shaky. Maybe can just add sponge stickers at the bottom of the legs of the bed frame.
