A beautiful sculptural exercise in both art and design, the Noguchi Table is a distinctly understated and impressive three-piece balancing act. The curved wood base and free form glass top are delicate yet durable enough for everyday life.

Designed in 1939 by Isamu Noguchi, he translated the biomorphic aesthetic of his sculptural works into a piece of furniture with distinctive organic forms. Presumably for this reason, Noguchi regarded the table as his best furniture design. Two wooden leg elements are positioned at a right angle to provide a stable support for the heavy, sturdy glass top.
