What is the capacity/measurement of the Convention Roaster?
Answer: The glass broiler has is 11.5L capacity, 30cm (circumference) x 15.5cm (depth). However, you are able to add 7cm (depth) with the extender ring that will be provided with the product.

Am I able to detach the glass broiler for cleaning?
Answer: Yes, you will be able to remove the glass broiler from the heating element and the base for easy cleaning.

Am I able to adjust the timing and heat intensity?
Answer: Yes, you will be able to adjust the heating temperature (heating range from 65°C to 250°C) up to 60mins.

How long is the warranty period and how do I claim for repair during the warranty?
Answer: The local SG warranty is for 1 year. You can sign up for your warranty on www.toyomi.com.sg and screenshot a photo of your confirmed order in the field to register your warranty. Serial number can be found on the silver label on the product itself. If your product is not working during the warranty, please come down to our customer service centre at 459-461 Geylang Road s389420 to send your product in for repair.
