HipVan’s Cancellation and Warranty Policy

• Cancellation Policy

  Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order at no additional charge and receive a full refund for the item(s), provided the cancellation is made before your order has been shipped. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that once your order delivery has been confirmed via email, delivery costs are non-refundable, and an 18% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs incurred in preparing and scheduling your order for delivery.

• Warranty

  We stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty policy. All our mattresses come with a 12-year manufacturer’s warranty, and most of our furniture products, including sideboard cabinets, are covered under a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. Should you encounter any issues, we may offer to repair the damaged item. If a repair is not possible, you may choose a replacement of equal or lesser value or opt for a refund.

  Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading and leather creasing.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or lack of proper care.
  • Alterations made by any party not authorised by HipVan.
  • 'As-is' items and display sets.
