Please take note:
• Wool rugs will experience noticeable shedding when it is new, this is a natural characteristic of wool fibres and will gradually reduce over time
as the fibres settle with regular use.
• Avoid using strong vacuum settings, as excessive suction may pull on the fibres and cause further shedding.
• Avoid vacuuming too frequently to minimise fibre shedding.
• Do not use abrasive brushes, as excessive friction may damage the rug fibres.
