5 stars for the product : Sofa is comfy and value for money! Hipvan experience store staff was also helpful with my rescheduling of delivery. -1 star because the pair that came to install, 1 of them did not know how to screw the legs or fix the sides (keep asking the partner how to do it, if this is right etc). when they left - 1 side was not slotted in, so we did it ourselves. Would be dangerous if we werent there as the kids would have fallen off a weak edge.
