Before my visit, I spoke to Karen to ask for directions to the showroom, and she was incredibly warm, friendly, and gave very clear guidance on how to get there. When I arrived, I quickly found the item I wanted and finalized the details without any hassle.

Much later, I decided to change the colour of the sofa bed to a lighter shade, and my order was amended swiftly with no issues at all. The installation and setup were also impressively fast and very well done.

Overall, I had a great experience with HipVan. Their service, efficiency, and friendliness really stood out. I’m loving the sofa bed I bought and would highly recommend HipVan to anyone looking for quality home furniture.

Hipvan has great customer service too, there was a delay in delivery and the sofa had a slight small tear inside the storage area. The team handled both issues professionally and promptly.
