HipVan’s Delivery Policy

We ensure convenient delivery options throughout Singapore. Your order can be delivered directly to your doorstep by our dedicated in-house delivery team or through our carefully selected delivery service providers. Upon delivery, we'll also assemble your furniture (if applicable) and remove all packaging materials.

Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday, between 9:30am and 5:30pm. We also offer Saturday deliveries at no extra cost for your convenience. You can select your desired delivery option during the checkout process.

In most cases, we consolidate your items into a single order to minimise delivery charges and ship them together. There might be instances where we need to ship your items separately due to their nature, but rest assured, you will not be charged any additional delivery fees in such cases.

Shipping fees are calculated on a per-order basis. Orders containing at least one furniture item incur a flat fee of $25 SGD, while orders without any furniture items have a flat fee of $2.99 SGD. We also offer free shipping on all orders exceeding $300 SGD. HipVan’s Cancellation and Warranty Policy

At HipVan, we offer hassle-free cancellations. You can cancel your order anytime before delivery confirmation at no extra charge. We'll issue a full refund for the cancelled items, which will be credited back to your original payment method. However, please note that once you receive the delivery confirmation email, delivery costs become non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 18% of the item's price will apply.

We also understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a 100-day return policy. You can return your purchase within 100 days of receiving it, no questions asked, as long as it meets the following conditions:

• Within 100 days after delivery
• New condition and unused
• Original packaging
• Item is not marked as "As-Is, "Made-to-Order" or "Final Sale" (indicated on the product page)
