  • We converted a room into a study, like every other childless couple (planning to convert this into a nursery when the time comes), and filled it with lots of plants.
  • This is our reading corner / lazy chair when we take a break from work. Our home is monochromatic except for the study which we reserved for colour!
  • We filled the space with art, mostly done by ourselves, with the exception of the ripple root piece which features tanjong rhu, where me and my husband used to live! Some like to buy prints of matching colours but we wanted our art to have personal meaning even though they may not coordinate as well.
  • This is my study set up when we first moved in (so bare), next photo of what it looks like now!
  • My desk has a view of plants we hung from a curtain rod! You can check out our balcony garden post for more deets :)
  • This cute chair from crate and barrel wasn't very ergonomic and has been shifted to the living room.. but how cute is it!! My husband warned me it'd be uncomfortable for long sitting hours but... I didn't listen :)
  • The view from my husband's desk, it's beautiful chaos
  • check out our balcony garden post for more deets :)
  • We also store our TV in the study which we roll out to the living room to watch
  • Our living room doesn't have a TV console so we got a TV on wheels and it saves so much space!
