We have a simple and functional service yard for our needs! We planned for a sink with storage to be able to store our cleaning supplies. To have the sink, we actually have to extend the pipings across the service yard and our ID made it look like a tiny ledge! The storage heater has been pulled out of the common toilet for safety reasons! 
The bare state we were handed over with! We thought it was really small but still we can make do with it Initially we only had a washing machine here but there were many things without a home so we purchased this fixture from shopee! It's great because with the shelves on the side we can keep the table top empty! We use the table top to fold our clothes from our laundry rack We invested in Kyson laundry rack and have been using it very well. The rack has a heater, UV and ioniser function for our clothes! And that's all for our service yard!
