Hi everyone we're back to talk about our home again! This time we would like to share a little bit about how we turned our visions into reality. As we didn't have an ID, we depended a lot on researching Pinterest & Instagram for inspiration & ideas. Still, these were just visions in our heads, how can we ensure that all the items that we liked would fit nicely into the space? 
Thankfully we found some free online 3D design platform that could help us visualise all our ideas. One of them was Coohom. (we're not paid) What we loved about Coohom was that we could input the measurements of the room that we're designing & from there, filled the room with the furniture & fixtures that we had in mind. The amazing thing about Coohom was that they have quite a number of the brand-name furniture that we liked. All we had to do was ensure that everything was of the correct size, then placed them where we wanted & we had a render for every room! Obviously some of the colours were not 100% accurate but it was enough to give us the confidence that we needed. We were also able to tell if everything was of the right proportion to the space. 
Having a smaller space doesn't mean we have to get everything small. Proportion is the key word. And being able to see the end result before you even started is really important so that you can cut down on errors & reduce wastage, thereby saving money. So for those of you who want to try to DIY your own reno, it is highly recommended that you check out one of these online platforms to make your dream homes a reality!
