  • Hey 👋🏼 We are Yin & Wils, homebodies who enjoy being at the comfort of our home with Kiki & Koko 🐱
  • This is a HDB Resale 4-Room Model A, approximate size of 111m2. It has a relatively spacious squarish layout with extended entryway which was bought over by the previous owner. We were drawn to Scandinavian designs and clean minimalism. The overall colour theme of the house is subtle and neutral, incorporating some warm and earthy colour palette to create a soothing and welcoming ambience.
  • Welcome in! Starting off at the entryway. We wanted this space to create welcoming & peaceful feelings, so we kept it minimal and spacious.
  • One of the essentials of the entryway is mirror! We love this 160cm curvy mirror! A functional and stylish statement piece for OOTD.
  • "What's behind this pegboard box?" many may ask. It's our DB box, nicely concealed. It's customised from Taobao. Not only is it aesthetic for our decorative knick-knacks, it's also practical to hang everyday items too.
  • Our favourite spot is definitely the living room. We spend a lot of time here — eating, chilling and working. It’s spacious for big gatherings too. Not to forget playtime for our cats too!
  • The resale HDB comes with a long kitchen. We have an arch entryway between the kitchen and the service yard, creating a smooth transition between the 2 spaces while demarcating them as separate areas.
  • We wanted our kitchen to be bright and airy, without being cramped and cluttered, we created an open concept kitchen. The rustic wooden shelves above the sink area allow us to store practical items we use every day and fun decor.
  • Sometimes the little things in life — like a cozy bedroom can make you happy. This platform bed gives us major Japandi vibes.
  • A curved entryway was used to separate the sleeping nook and wardrobe area. A mini walk-in wardrobe without sacrificing an extra room? We love!
  • Entering the other side of the bedroom is the wardrobe and vanity area, outside the bathroom. A space for us to dress up and get ready conveniently.
  • The toilets hide subtle curves within the wall tiling and sink vanity. We chose matte finishing tiles to give off a natural rustic finish. The pink and green subway tiles for the master bathroom and common bathroom respectively adds a pop of colour to the space.
  • The ambient lights creates soft lighting atmosphere. So cozy!
  • Between the 2 common room is our storeroom. Instead of the typical door with handle, you enter into it through an arched entryway.
  • That's it! We hope you enjoyed the house tour! Our home will always be a work in progress, with us making necessary changes according to our needs and preferences ♡ Take the time to savour this home journey!
