A dining room perfect for quiet mornings ☕️

The one space that's still a work-in-progress in our home! (See the last image for a painting we're planning to get) Creating a home is not cheap, so we decided to get the necessary furniture and slowly hunt for things to beautify the house even more over time. For now, we're happy that this simple space brings us the perfect calmness we need for the slow mornings.

One thing we didn't love was how near the toilet is to our dining area. Just a weird and gross feeling we get when we think about it a little too much... So to combat that, we made the door the same as the room door to create an illusion that they are both rooms. It somehow really worked! 🤪

This is a painting we've got our eyes set on by Victoria Rose Park. She uses mixed mediums to create wonderful pieces that brings a sense of peace to us when we look at it - something that we looked for during our art hunt. To make sure that it'll suit the space in terms of size and colour, we photoshopped it in! What do you guys think? ☺️
