We will now explore the kid's room! For the kid's room, we wanted to go with a fun design that grows with the child. At that point of designing this space, our son was only few months old and he seems to like animals as he loves looking at animal pictures. So why not create a kid's room that is safari-themed! We went with minimal built-ins because we wanted to keep the space flexible for the years to come. For the walls, we half painted it with a beautiful sage colour and the top part is a beautiful wallpaper to go with the theme. We made sure that our design choices are gender-neutral, for flexibility as well, in case we have a girl in the future :) Key essentials in the baby room are the baby cot and nursing chair. Did you spot the cute lion night light on the stool next to the nursing chair? We love how the wallpaper blends in with the view outside the window as well :) To add some fun to the space, we decorated it with a 1.4m tall giraffe soft toy and a lion mat to add some fun to the space. To keep with the theme, we framed up this animal poster that says "go get'em tiger!" as an inspirational and motivational quote for our child, as he grows in this room. This chest of drawers are perfect to store our son's clothes and other daily necessities. How adorable is this animal alphabet poster! For the wardrobe, we have added these cute blush handles for a cute and playful touch. We also decorated the space with these cute baskets that are so useful to keep clutter away. Some of the decor pieces that are so cute! We have moved in for about 2 years now, we are very grateful for this space that brings us so much joy and that will grow with our child (and future children).
