  • Hi guys, it’s week 6, and we’re showing the before and after for our room corridor and master bedroom! Our walkway and dining area have a clean, minimalist vibe with a mix of white, black, and grey tones. The grey tiles on the floor have a soft marble pattern that gives the space a bit of a luxe feel. Simple ceiling lights and pendant lamps over the dining table keep things bright and cozy. There’s also an aircon unit tucked above to keep everything cool and comfy.
  • Here's the before photo.
  • Here's the bedroom before the renovation.
  • Here’s our master bedroom with a cozy, minimalist feel. The bed is dressed in soft, neutral bedding that complements the dark grey blackout curtains, perfect for keeping things cool and private. We also added sheer curtains to let in a bit of natural light without compromising the cozy vibe.
  • Here’s a look at the entrance to our master bedroom. We went with a frosted glass door framed in black, keeping with our dark, modern theme while adding a bit of privacy. The aircon is tucked above to keep the room cool, and we kept the walls simple to let the door be the focal point.
  • Here’s a shot of the original HDB toilet, which didn’t quite match our style. We opted out of the standard furnishings and went all in with our own design ideas, giving the space a fresh and modern upgrade. The glass door adds a nice touch, making the bathroom feel more open and sleek. We also customized the vanity and shower area, creating a look that flows with the rest of our home’s dark, contemporary theme. No regrets at all—our choices made the bathroom not only stylish but also functional for our needs. Thanks for reading! Chat with us at IG @2chocolatecaramel 🖤🤎
