BTO Kitchen: maximising our tiny 2.5x2.6m space

👧🏻 loves cooking and baking while 👦🏻 loves whipping out coffee and drinks thus maximising functional kitchen and dry pantry space was the biggest reno task 
Key decisions included 1. Full height cupboards for extra storage and ease of cleaning 2. No island but maximize counter space 3. Dishwasher 4. Pull down dish rack 5. Induction hob for ease of cleaning 6. Dedicated coffee/ drink area 
We settled what appliances we owned and wanted early on and planned the spaces around them 
Open corner niche for display items - work in progress as we accumulate more trinkets For look - we wanted to bring wood elements into the kitchen and settled on Kompacplus laminate, paired with lighter salt microcement top and darker taupe bottom for practical cleaning purposes Our favourite corner cupboard solution Maximising space for our many appliances - microwave, rice cooker, ice maker, oven
