Welcome to my own space! We're a family of 4 inclusive of a child and a dog. This is our shoes cabinet, I decorated it with the initials of our names. The cabinet is decked in grey, and this is the theme for our home as well :)
We keep the living room grey themed and minimalist since we have a primary school child and a pet at home. I keep some plants on the elevated space near the windows. It also is adds a dash of colour to the living room too.
Keeping the living room neat and minimalist also meant fewer surprises when coming back home (more so when you have a pet)!
I like keeping the desk minimalist and tidy as I often have to bring my laptop to and fro the office. We included the word "DREAM" to remind us that sometimes we have to pursue our dreams or ambitions while we are at work. It implies that we should not forget about our personal goals and passions even in the midst of our professional responsibilities.
Guess where the little one got his genes from? hahaha He also keeps his study desk tidy. Being an avid reader, he tidied his books and kept them within reach. He has a globe on his desk to remind him that he should work hard so that he can travel to the different parts of the world.

We got a different colour bed for our bedroom - reason as this brown colour bed provides more warmth and contrast against the walls and the cabinets. As the vanity desk is not placed near the window, we had lights installed with it and it's next to the cabinets so that we can take a look at ourselves before heading out.
There's a huat space in the room as well, beside the windows. We keep our fortune cat and charm in here as instructed by our fengshui master.
For our toilets, we opted for a neutral and soothing color scheme dominated by shades of grey, with white accents. The grey tones create a serene and calming ambience, while the white fixtures will add brightness and a sense of cleanliness. We added a reed diffuser for decoration and fragrance in this space as well.
