The kitchen is a crucial aspect when we are house hunting. Functionality needs to balance with aesthetic. As this is a new built, we can only review the size of the kitchen from the floor plan. The showroom was torn down at the time we were looking to purchase. The actual wet kitchen turn out to be almost perfect for us. It has 2 long countertops, one side has the sink and the other side has the induction hob. We are initially worried as we are not used to induction hub as there is no fire but all turn out well. We adapted quickly except we need to spend and change the entire set of pots and pans. I forget how expensive kitchenware can be! The side with the induction hob. The top hung cabinet provides the extra storage needed. What I really like about the kitchen is the pull-out carpentry on the right to put the condiments. It is super convenient to get the necessary sesame oil, pepper from the side cabinet while cooking. The pull out drawer. The other side of the counter top has the sink provided by the developer. Sink is a piece of hardware that requires knowledge of physics (?) to estimate how the water will splash out, sufficient depth or width to put in a wok for washing or not. I am thankful I do not need to choose any sinks in this place. The sink provided by the developer is pretty decent with good enough depth and width. We did not like the tap so we got it changed for the movable head to allow easy cleaning. The

The entire kitchen area is built with carpentry and this is my favorite part! I just love it that there is so much storage space I can leverage. The available storage space allows the kitchen top to be spotless where every kitchen appliance can be kept in the top hung cabinets or the storage below the counter top.
