  • Welcome to the workspace of @ourcarousellhome! We’ve kept this room super simple and versatile - it’s designed to adapt as a kid's room in the future. That’s why there are no built-ins, giving us the flexibility to transform it when the time comes. 😊
  • This room is set up with two ergonomic desks and chairs, perfectly suited for our hybrid work lifestyle. My desk faces the window, while my husband’s faces the wall with a side window, forming an L-shaped layout. It’s been a great setup for us as we both work from home several times a week. On the rare occasion, if our calls overlap, one of us simply moves to the dining area. Fun fact: the faux olive tree used to live in our living room but got moved here to make space for our Christmas tree. Now, we love the greenery it brings to the room! 🌿
  • This was the first table we bought back in 2020 when COVID first hit. My previous company had a discount partnership with ErgoTune, so we managed to snag the table and chair at a great price. They’ve held up pretty well and have been serving us faithfully for almost three years now! They seem to have discontinued this particular model, but you can search for their latest from their official website.
  • My desk is a more recent purchase from Omnidesk. No specific reason—we just wanted to try a different brand. Most ergonomic desks these days seem to serve a similar purpose anyway. That’s about it for this room! We’re thinking of getting a bookshelf soon since my husband has been on a book-buying spree, and we’re running out of space to store them. We’ll definitely share updates if we add one in the future! 📚
