  • The first feature you’ll notice is our concealed bomb shelter, which we transformed into a functional shoe rack. Above it, a niche serves as a convenient spot for keys and small essentials. We also incorporated a settee, one of our must-haves, providing a practical spot for wearing shoes or just taking a quick pause. To visually separate the entrance from the rest of the house, we used different tiles with a curved transition, creating a subtle yet stylish demarcation. This thoughtful detail enhances the flow of the space while adding character to the entryway.
  • The living room features subtle yet impactful design elements. LED lights at the foyer area and on the TV partition wall create an ambient atmosphere—perfect for cozy movie nights. Another standout is the curve partition wall, which adds softness and complements the organic flow of the space.
  • Adjacent to the living room, our dry pantry was designed with hosting in mind. It includes a water dispenser placed conveniently near the dining table, making it easy for guests to refill their drinks. The dry pantry stores drinking cups, glasses, snacks, and beverages. One of the main drawers is designated for drinks sachets like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, while the inner drawer neatly organizes cutleries. This thoughtful organization keeps everything accessible and clutter-free, adding to the functionality of the space.
  • We hacked the service yard door to create more countertop space, making the wet kitchen both functional and sleek. The countertops and backsplash are made from sintered stone for a seamless and durable look. For heavy cooking, we installed a chimney hood and ensured the top and bottom shelves were symmetrical. A tall unit conceals pipes while providing extra storage. Across from the stove is the sink, and we also made sure to leave a dedicated space for our cat’s litter box.
  • The common bathroom features a cooler, darker tone with a mix of three different tiles. The subway tiles are the standout feature, blending beautifully with the rest of the design. We added a curved drop-down kerb, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also helps prevent tripping over—a thoughtful touch for both safety and design. A wooden knob on the cabinetry provides a hint of warmth, while the black-frame fixed shower screen completes the modern, sleek look.
  • The master bathroom is designed with a warmer tone for a spa-like retreat, incorporating three different tiles for a cohesive and calming ambiance. Like the common bathroom, it features a drop-down kerb, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal to prevent tripping while maintaining a polished look. A black-frame fixed shower screen adds consistency and elegance to the design.
