  • Hey there! Welcome back to limbaeshome. This week we’ll be sharing about our dining area which serves as a centerpiece of our home. 🤍 Here we have a 1.6m pure white sintered stone tabletop, paired with 4 full white non-fluted round legs! We opted for a racetrack oval table mainly due to space and aesthetic appeal, as the curve edges creates a soft and seamless look by eliminating the sharp edges that a regular dining table would have. This table fits 6 people comfortably, but with more guests over, it can still accommodate probably a few more by just squeezing a little!
  • Looking for THAT perfect dining chair was never an easy task. We searched high and low for this exact one in local stores, but it was too costly and they do not have the colour combination that we wanted. After much effort, we found a seller on Taobao with pretty good reviews, and was able to customise it to our preference! It was such a good deal including shipping ;)
  • Featuring our Wabi-Sabi pendant light up close, made up of raw and natural materials. Its organic shape is what we love, a focal point in our dining area. 💡
  • Since we have an open-concept kitchen, right beside our dining table is home to our refrigerator, built in microwave and oven. Isn't this oven love at first sight? It’s made of a quadruple glass door with a mirror. Now we can take a moment to reflect on our life while baking!! 😂
  • Besides our built in appliances, we have plenty of storages, and we mean it! We didn’t want any open shelvings because storages means less clutter, and minimal cleaning is required. 🫧🧹
  • We have a 5-tier shelf in one of our storage space. This is where we hide our master switch for the oven and microwave, so that it’s not visible to others on the outside. We also added an extra socket here, great for charging anything at our convenience while we’re at the dining area. And of course, if we ever plan to have steamboat at home. As you can see, we have included AA tracks as well, in fact in all our storages spaces and wardrobe. This may be the best feature that any storage spaces can have, as it has the flexibility to allow us to change the height of the shelves to accommodate more things. I guess that’s it for our dining area, if you’re still here, thanks for reading till the end! Stay tune to find out more about other areas of our home. 👋🏻
